When purchasing this large apartment (already haphazardly combined from two distinct units) our clients saw beyond the labyrinthine warren of dark spaces and imagined a cool, clean light-filled home; fortunately they entrusted us with this transformation. From 3,600 square feet of space overlooking Central Park, we created a bright, open floor plan for a young family of four. A refined pallet of marble, walnut, granite, and etched mirror visually unifies the rooms and lends sophistication to the generous entertaining spaces. Marble floor tiles flow throughout the public rooms, while large pocket doors allow traditional separation as needed.
