Create mountain bike trails in a flat lot inside and around urban residential highclass apartment buildings.
I was hired once i won the design licitation
this proyect alone marks a turning point on architecture and construction pardigm in Mexico:
Mexico is the largest concrete producer in the world. Monterrey is where the largest concrete company is based.
My whole concept is to build using concrete only where is needed, and stop once and for all using it in walls using concrete cinder blocks.
This proyect was designed and built with the intention in the limits of the concrete tycoon´s house. He could see this small proyect from his luxurious penthouse. Therefore this proyect need to be very brave and very responding to the mexico, the mexico that is tearing old beliefs down. so its a proejct that manifests itself onto an art piece that transmitts the folloing message: Architecture is free!
