cenniworksThe
work is an issue that unifies rather than divides.
Is
potential aggregation, sharing professionalism,
transversality use, insertion in the surrounding neighborhood.
Cenniworks gives the possibility of working to people who have the
time or the need to do so, on their first or second job, according to
their skills and capabilities. Cenniworks is a democratic
community-based on work. Work is the ongoing constant that puts in
resonance endogenous and exogenous pressures within a community.
Cenniworks will be organized as a P2P community, a horizontal
pattern, open sharing and mutual exchange [of information, objects,
work performance], outward Cenniworks will provide services and
professions ensuring transparency, with the intent to become a strong
catalyst of relations. The project is divided into two facilities
/
a physical, in support of an organic residential system, dominated by
the proximity between work and residence, designed as a medium that
allows operational flexibility, layering of accessibility, economic
and environmental sustainability. Organization of public spaces,
collectives and individuals, as well as the services, that wants to
spatially articulate a cohesive community, flexible and open to the
outside, according to the principle one community=one building.
A
virtual, consisting
of a web portal, a tool necessary to manage the many services offered
[also internal to the community /potlatch exchange, banca del tempo,
etc,.. interrelated with the neighbordhood-GAS, work, etccenniworks - social design
CenniWorks
is a case project. It-s articulation puts into service a system of
information in relation to the territory, services, feedback starting
from a start/up phase and allows architecture to implement its
functions, depending on the needs emerging from the neighborhood.
Thanks
to a
physical and virtual platform of participation and content generation
by of city/users[ user generated content, UGC] the mapping behind the
project engages a synchronization process between supply and demand
planning[work and services in general].
The
community
grows with its surroundings, which determines and it’s determined.
The physical spaces of the main building are designed to accommodate
the operational flexibility, while the architecture of the virtual
Portal runs and circulates information in relationship with the
building and the surrounding neighborhood. The inclusion is an
integral part of urban project. Cenniworks provides four basic
moments / the last of which is at any time/ articulates the
implementation of new geographies and territorial identity of the
district:

The

The
combination of the two infrastructures is based on an intent of
administrative continuity with the new Chart of Services of the
city of Milan and the integration and synchronization processes with
the urban surroundings, will start from a “listening” moment of
the neighborhood and continue with the monitoring of the satisfaction
of tenants and city neighborhood-users through info-point and
technologies of UGC [User generated Content]
Management
functions programs, supply and application will be delegated to a
cooperation body within the community [Neighborhood manager]. Each
technology has its counterpart in space;
the
movement of situations and information is intrinsic to the
architectural project,
it’s splitting virtual matrix/services-spaces-actors proposals; the
city enters the building, transforming it into a multipurpose complex
and open system.
