Uniting office and laboratory functions for this bio-research company enhanced research collaboration, improved operational efficiencies and saved them money. With this unique project, GA-A was able to successfully design and complete the first laboratory space within a commercial building in downtown Pittsburgh (Two Gateway Center). This gave our client the facilities they wanted and needed, and the benefit of a consolidated, lower cost downtown location for their expanding company.
