3rd Prize Winner in Mexican Construction Chamber Architectural Contest to design CEFES (Specialized formation center)
The project is based on 7 ascedenent ground plattforms in wich the buildings are placed on, these plattforms provide a series of ramps that makes the whole project 100% handicaped accesible.
The buildings are protected by a screen wich filters the sun heat and allows light to pass thru, they host offices, classrrooms and a convention center, they all have roof gardes wich provides a relaxing space for employees.
The tower is placed at the top plattform to provide a view of the whole complex and hosts the President and the council office with a meeting room
Underground it has 120 parking spots, in a garage wich is also ascending along with the project plattforms.
