CC11 is a four-story building that combines commercial spaces, offices and underground parking. The development of the architectural project had to allow from a real estate perspective, different usage options using the complex for a single customer or divided into several profitable units.
The design of the building structure was based on the concept of a free plan to ensure complete versatility in the interior layout and facilitate different space needs of its occupants. The main façade is outlined by aluminum panels that frame the access level and allows greater visual permeability to commercial spaces.
In response to the alignment of the building, a ventilated façade system was incorporated to the upper levels. Formed by a support steel structure and sheets of outspread iron that thanks to the design of the perforations with sloped edges (mini louvers) allow visual contact to the outside, protect the interiors from direct sunlight and facilitate wind circulation to naturally regulate the temperature of the spaces.
