In 2015, MADGI completed the New York headquarters for Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Real Estate Brokerage Services in the tower portion of Shorenstein Properties' 1407 Broadway. Consisting of roughly 13,000 SF of glass fronted offices and integrated workstations on the 28th floor of the tower. MADGI designed a modern, light filled and transparent office for the historic real estate company. Sleek LED pendants and exposed ductwork lend an industrial feel to the space, while the polished concrete flooring and white marble tile reception area are a nod to the apparent sophistication of the properties CBC represents. Pops of orange tile in the pantry and a warm wood television wall in the main conference room add varying layers of interest to each room. Keeping all 'back of house' operations tucked close to the building's core, the office speaks of efficiency and high energy.
