Keystone was retained to provide Architectural and Engineering Services necessary to assist with pre-construction and space planning as well as design and construction administration of a new state-of-the-art office building, parking and related site plan improvements on an 8-acre site in Arkville, New York. The building is a multi-level structure with a footprint of approximately 35,000 square feet including small conference rooms, administrative offices and work areas with workstations. The site layout includes parking; a 3 bay garage for trucks, a variety of hardscape and softscape improvements; open space; and site lighting; and other components as required in accordance with the Town of Middletown Town Code and New York City Watershed Regulations as pertaining to stormwater pollution prevention plans. The Catskill Watershed’s Stormwater Management plan includes stormwater facilities to comply with NYDEC and NYDEP requirements. The stormwater facilities include porous pavement, infiltration basin, bioretention area, infiltration trench, pass through stormwater planters, decorative pond and riprap lined diversion swale with plunge pool.
