This reconstruction project is a partnership between “EVA - evolutionary architecture” and “Arquimla - arquitectura, engenharia e construção”.
The proposal based itself in the eargerness of reconstruct and restore the old beauty to this house, built in 1898. This project is based on a 3 floor building, already existing, in which the two bottom floors are used as common areas and service zone.
The upper floor, more intimate, is reserved to bedrooms. The house was adapted to a modern lifestyle trought some reconfigurations in its interior.
