Casetta Hotel in Hudson renovates a circa 1860 mansion and its 1920s addition, while also building ground-up spa and gym amenities and additional guest suites in an elegant landscape that blends the city and country. The renovation of the mansion requires careful historical analysis and extreme care in restoration, while the architecture and interior design of the mansion and the new buildings are respectfully fresh. The 1920s addition and the new buildings in the extended site are brick and plaster with simple fenestration and detailing to further give the mansion the pride of place at the center of this development. This project will result in a 40,000 square foot hotel with 41 rooms and full service public restaurant, bar, and event spaces for large gatherings and weddings.
