In the heart of the Cascada de Camoján residential complex in Marbella, surrounded by a pine forest, stands a villa renovated by our architectural firm, Alejandro Giménez. We began by relocating the kitchen, living room, and dining room to the central core of the home; this change has created a more intense interplay between the outdoor surroundings and the interior space, fostering a more open and immersive lifestyle.
However, the crown jewel of this project lies in the renovation of the master bedroom. To achieve this, we removed the drop ceilings, opening up the space to the very top of the home with impressive 3-meter-high ceilings, creating a sense of spaciousness. From the top floor of the home, one can enjoy panoramic views of the vibrant city of Marbella and the Mediterranean Sea. This renovation we have carried out in the villa has created an intimate design that is also in harmony with nature.
