The project addresses the issue of small gated communities where the real profitability threatens space for civility and community life.

It is a "building of 6 houses" organized into two bands through street; this road is built and thick, placing it recreational and sporting activities integrating facilities to the privacy of each house.

This public "street building" is connected individually to each house in each of the three levels of the complex over the parking lot, thereby set a multifamily complex will be established, and public space planned triples achieving the incorporation of a children playground, a gym and a swimming channel.
