The house is inserted in a peripheral low-density Upper Padovana on a rectangular plot of 900 sqm. The building, in relation to the context and orientation of the lot, was conceived as a set of geometric net superimposed on each other to create a play of volumes marked by differences in color. Both the materials used to design, were based on the principles of sustainable architecture, creating a comfortable and efficient body using practical solutions, such as telescopes for solar shading of windows, in the aesthetic characteristic. The house has been conducted through the prefabricated wooden frame by adopting advanced technology solutions that makes the product a degree of thermal and acoustic performance very high. The use of environmentally sustainable materials also gave the clients a level of interior comfort of the highest level. Last but not least a pool of rainwater harvesting and solar panels add even more body home energy self-sufficiency and environmental protection.
