Househam Henderson were commissioned to design a contemporary four bedroom private residence on a steep hillside overlooking Malaga in Spain.
Advanced 3D modelling packages were used to actively develop the design in real time with the client and accurately visualise the final look of the building before breaking ground.
The aim was to create a stylish home that made the most of surrounding views while minimising solar gain by using physical features and orientation. The house was successfully completed on time and budget.
