Plot located on a slope with magnificent views and fantastic sun exposure stands in contrast with an incline and restictive regulations.

The Project started out from the owners´desire of having the house in just one level: The day area with the pool and the veranda to enjoy the views and the wonderful weather. Due to the size (not too big) and the shape of the plot the house in the end has two levels : one more private for the bedrooms and another more spacious for the day area.
the railing around the stairs creates diagonal shapes emphasized by the black colour. Large bay Windows let the light in and this way this light flows around the ground floor too.
In the bedrooms with ensuite facilities the space is open only limited by the bathroom furniture that together with the mirrors become part of the design. A more tectonic volume in the top floor seems to float from the lower floor.
