At the boundary between the urban and the natural, Casa Tres Patios is presented as a single-family home that combines industrial precision, contemporary design, and sensitivity to its surroundings. Manufactured in just 12 weeks and installed in a single day, this home redefines timelines and ways of living.
The building envelope is created through a carefully considered combination of materials that balance character and efficiency, integrating black thermally treated wood—which provides durability and an elegant presence in dialogue with the landscape—with large-format porcelain cladding that introduces a mineral, timeless texture with low maintenance and high durability. Together, these materials generate a clean-lined façade with rhythm and contrast, transforming with daylight and the changing seasons.
Developed on a single 205 m² level, the home is organized around three courtyards that structure the interior spaces and strengthen their connection to the outdoors. The program includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged to ensure privacy and comfort, an open-plan living–kitchen area with direct access to a panoramic porch framing views of the pool and the Sierra, and an independent auxiliary module conceived as a guest pavilion or workspace, with autonomous access and a clear visual connection to the surroundings.
The accessible roof adds a second inhabitable level, ideal for contemplating the landscape or enjoying breathtaking sunsets.
Casa Tres Patios has been developed in collaboration with strategic partners who contribute innovation and well-being, such as Finsa, responsible for engineered wood solutions and healthy interior finishes; Ecus, with rest systems designed to promote physical comfort and recovery; and Normagrup, whose technical lighting respects circadian rhythms and enhances indoor environmental quality.
The result is a home that adapts not only to its environment, but also to the biological and emotional needs of those who inhabit it. Beyond its construction efficiency, Casa Tres Patios demonstrates that industrialized architecture can also be emotional, sensitive, and poetic—a home built with precision.
