In a subdivision that is part of the
growth of the city of Guadalajara South of the Metropolis, a residence was designed and built for a modern family (Parents with 2 children). The name of the residence is taken due to the color that was used as a visual finish on the wall where the staircase develops.
With a minimalist formality, the main façade consists of 2 elements that are divided by a third that works as a connection between both and that is 30 cm thick lined with "Tikul", a fountain of enclosure welcomes the inhabitant who directs it to an exterior entrance hall.
The entrance to the house is initiated by the image of a bridge with an apparent beam that connects, on the upper floor, the bedrooms, forming a formal and visual entrance hall. The white in walls, ironworks and ceilings is thus broken by the previously mentioned tone.
