Built on a 10-meter-wide site, the house seeks to host an environment of light sensations, both natural and artificial, important for clients due to experiences lived in other places they lived in (a young family, businessman and academic). Oriented from east to west, the facade had to be intimate to avoid the constant sunlight that the property presented, so minimalist elements with small regional details were sought that would express an intimate atmosphere from the outside.
Inside the house has 3 bedrooms and a study, 2 full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. From a central element of stairs that distribute to the different spaces, the client lives naturally in the home, separating the intimate areas from the social ones. The house takes its name precisely because of the light, and its tone, expressed in this particular connecting element since in it the sunlight is glimpsed through a skylight in the upper part of the element, mixing with the quality light that It was given to the lighting accessories causing contrasts in brightness while the user walks through the staircase and the house itself
