The concept of the project starts with an interior garden (a tree) as the heart of the floor plan. The tree is the main point of view at the hall and for the living and dining room.
At the second floor a corridor surrounded by a metal lattice bring the user the feeling of a light bridge that floats beside the frontgarden and the tree.
The front and rear facade materials are concrete, wood and glass
