The concept arises from the balance between contemporary functionality and serene contemplation. Positioned at the eastern edge of the plot, the house frees the western green space, turning it into an idyllic and unaltered setting. On the ground floor, the communal spaces — living and kitchen areas — open southward, fostering a seamless connection with the outdoors.
