Commissioned to design a new residence on a private plot. The very steep topography and vegetation conditions draw the main strategy of the project. Situated on a very dense tree hollow, where light and temperature is very poor, the main volume is strategically located by a series of guiding lines.
The house has the minimum programmatic contact area to minimize interaction with the ground (9.7%) from the overall plot of land.
Located on an open tree spot; the house is surrounded by the forest with an only way in, thru a slight wood/metal bridge. Composed as two dark plates that retain solar heat, the project has a variety of perforations and volume terraces achieving integration to the environment.
