This is a contemporary design house for a small family, of a young couple and a single daughter, that enjoys receiving family at home.
This is our firt test using REVIT software together with AUTOCAD, and these are the first images of our work on this house.
The house is to be located in a suburban residential condominium of the Natal area.
The triangular shaped plot, togehter with the slope, where the most important natural elements to define the architecture.
The house is divided in 03 floors. 02 parking spots, storage, laundry, and service ensuite are located underground. 02 car garage, living room, dinning room, kitchen, guest ensuite, hometheater and laundry area are located on the ground level. And adittional 04 ensuites are located on the upper floor.
All rooms are very spacious, including a 26m2 master bedroom with a 18m2 bathroom.
The lateral part of the house has a double vaulted porche in exposed concrete to contrast with the green palm tree and create an interesting focal point.
