CASA NANA está ubicada en Beccar, en el barrio Miradores, sobre un lote con una vista privilegiada hacia la barranca de San Isidro.
Se buscó desarrollar una vivienda de estilo rústico, con fuerte presencia de madera y tonos terracota. Una de las premisas principales del proyecto fue ubicar el dormitorio principal en la planta baja.
La superficie plana del terreno era muy reducida. Por esta razón, la pileta se ubicó unos metros más abajo, aprovechando el desnivel natural del lote. La misma cuenta con borde infinito y revestimiento de venecita negra, generando un efecto de gran calma y conexión con el paisaje.

CASA NANA is located in Beccar, in the Miradores neighborhood, on a lot with privileged views toward the San Isidro ravine.
The goal was to create a rustic-style house, with a strong presence of wood and terracotta tones. One of the project’s main premises was to place the master bedroom on the ground floor.
The flat area of the site was very limited. For this reason, the swimming pool was positioned a few meters lower, taking advantage of the natural slope of the lot. The pool features an infinity edge and black mosaic tile cladding, creating a sense of calm and connection with the landscape.
