This project refers to a house located in Murtosa at a flat zone near to Aveiro estuary.
The project followed its natural course, being of refer the confidence of the client.
The access to the property is made by the north side. Main entrance of the house is denounced by a volume that supports a slab which intercepts the main volume. The building has two distinct volumes: one composed by the garage and technical zone, the other by the dwelling. The volume of the dwelling is extended along and parallel to the main road.
In the limit north of the property, the sealing wall has an inflection that causes a break in the main volume, creating a mirror of water visible from the interior, which establishes the separation between the social space and the private one.
The volume protects itself to north and opens to the south in the garden, receiving natural light during all the day.
