The house is located within a subdivision at the end of a ravine.
The project is developed on a small surface area on three levels; One way descending
according to the topography of the land, one at street level and one at the In this way, it
complies with the requested architectural program.
On the ground floor we find the day area, which opens onto a cantilevered terrace and
overlooks the horizon to contemplate the forest.
In the basement, we have service and recreation areas with a family room, which is located in
the basement. It extends onto a terrace-balcony that enjoys an incredible view.
On the upper floor we have the night area where there are 2 bedrooms at the front and the
master bedroom, at the back, favoring it with large windows and terrace.
The use of white was essential to generate amplitude and to ensure that the light reflected
what was possible.
Mostly possible, however, this is perceptible inside, once you cross the Wooden entrance
door, which welcomes you warmly, between a garden and a wall of stone flanking the
distributor.
The sober and elegant façade is achieved with the main use of 3 essential materials
differentiated by levels, light grey stone irregularly on the floors, wood on the floor. lattice front
