Located on a hillside in a mountainous environment, the house on two levels is presented as a prismatic abstraction of the mountain; the edge facing the Adriatic Sea opens up and becomes a large window opening out towards it.
The house does not appear compact but slides in the direction of the contour lines stretching outwards, thereby increasing the surface facing the sea.
The rooms are located on the lower level and the social area on the upper level.
In contact with the ground level, the house is strengthened: a long stone wall anchors the house to the ground; as the house leaves the ground, the house loses strength and its enclosures lose hardness, leaving the opacity and giving way to transparency.
