Casa Jardim Quattro Residential is a residential village with four houses where architecture and landscape are designed as one, creating a house for all the life stages of the family.
In this project, integration and flexibility of the spaces are the key aspects. Thus, the floor pavement unites the kitchen, the living room, the dining room and the terrace as one open space facing the backyard garden. Through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, the nature on the outside is brought into the internal space.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms and a family room. For the facade, the studio designed a wooden brise soleil with mobile and fixed parts that guarantee the user’s privacy and protection from insolation and rain, while still keeping a view of the treetops.
On the top floor the family can gather with friends using the gourmet area as well as the uncovered terrace, where one can enjoy São Paulo’s skyline while surrounded by the trees.
The garage has 4 parking spots as well as a deposit facility under each house.
