The renovation of this apartment in Milan was made with a very low budget and so much enthusiasm. One thing was certain, all the functions needed to be concentrated in the theme of the project in such a way as to derive maximum space, given the small size of the property. All the services have been replaced and the bathroom has been designed into the bedroom, where the traces of the old brickwork were left in place. The old wooden beams were reinstated and restored. In the living room a bookcase with corten iron predominates, the lamps on the wall, as well as the pendant one on the round table by Arne Jacobsen, are by Davide Groppi while the furniture in the bedroom are Molteni. All the floors are covered by a light gray resin.
