This project presents a contemporary residential proposal that rises with confidence and clarity over a clean, elevated structural base. The upper volume—light, linear, and well-proportioned—rests above a shaded ground level designed to provide privacy, protected circulation, and fluid parking areas.
White and gray planes combine with large-format windows, allowing natural light to become the main protagonist and enabling the architecture to interact directly with the surrounding environment. Tree shadows cast across the façade, creating a dynamic and elegant effect that naturally integrates the residence with its context.
The central staircase acts as the project’s organizing spine: it guides movement, connects levels, and becomes a distinctive architectural gesture. Subtle lighting beneath the elevated volume enhances the sensation of lightness, highlighting rhythm, proportion, and the overall clarity of the design.
