The project was about a full restoration of an old abandoned house at a Buenos Aires’s suburb.
The existing emplacement of the house was set at de centre of a small piece of land, and counts with a preexisting roof with a heavy slope. All that and with specifics internal requirements, lead to a compact formal solution. Both external, with that preexisting heavy slope that minimizes visual impact from outside, and internal, where the space tries to be at big as possible (like in a MVP Vehicle) respond to that compactness.
-The shades that bring security and shadow to the house also give dynamic to facade
- Al of the materials has been set to create contrast, where is a cold aspect material, always is set aside a warm one. This also happened with the furniture, which many of them where made or restored by us.
