The house is located in the north of Portugal, in the small town of Espinho. Inserted in urban orthogonality, it complies with all local urban parameters. This is a 29.50 ft x 45.90 ft deployment with a build area of 3300 sq ft. The plant has two floors and an attic with a terrace, with east-west orientation, with wide fenestrations. The facade is coated with an external wall insulation system with EPS board, acrylic plaster finish. The front facade is covered with natural zinc and typical 10x10 tiles. The roof is coated with zinc in natural color. On the ground floor we have the entrance, the garage, the laundry room and a kitchenette. The entrance, door and garage door elements are covered with anthracite colored aluminum composite panel. On the 1st floor, the 10x10 tile stands out, rooted in the Portuguese tile culture. On this floor are the kitchen, living and sleeping spaces. At the attic level we have storage spaces, a small room and a terrace where we can rest in silence. At the back we have rooms facing a small patio, with a large balcony to have breakfast on a Sunday morning.
