El concepto nace de la idea de fusionar el enorme entorno natural con la casa, explotando las maravillosas vistas y aprovechando al máximo el asolamiento a partir de grandes ventanales y aperturas en la losa aunque cuidando cierta privacidad con la utilización de parteluces. A partir de la adición de los volúmenes se crea una interacción armónica entre los distintos materiales.
La casa está diseñada para una familia de 4 con su personal de servicio o visitas.
Las zonas privadas de la casa se encuentran en la planta alta, además de el área de convivencia,
mientras que las zonas públicas fueron diseñadas en las plantas inferiores y en la azotea. Una liviana e iluminada escalera recorre toda la casa dando posibilidad de recorrer todas las áreas públicas sin necesidad de ingresar a las áreas privadas de la casa.
La fachada posterior cuenta con un patio semi-abierto de 45m2 el cual permite al área de
juegos generar más amplitud al interior de la vivienda. De esta manera posibilita al usuario a
crecer o decrecer el espacio interior por el simple desplazamiento de la cancelería hacia uno
de los muros.
El roof garden en el nivel nivel +2 cumple la función de un mirador lo que permite
a todo habitante gozar de vistas hacia la presa Madin.

The concept was born from the idea of merging the enormous natural environment with the house, exploiting the wonderful views and making the most of the sunrise from large windows and open-ings in the slab, while taking care of some privacy with the use of wooden lattices and other design tricks.
The house is designed for a family of 4 with their service staff or visitors. The private areas of the house are located on the top floor, in addition to the living area, while public areas were designed on the lower floors and on the roof. A light and illuminated staircase runs through the house giving you the possibility to walk through all the public areas without having to enter the private areas of the house.
The rear facade has a 45m2 semi-open patio which allows the Game center generate more ampli-tude to the interior of the house. In this way it enables the user to grow or to diminish the interior space by the simple displacement of the cancel towards one of the walls.
The roof garden on the level +2 level fulfills the function of a lookout which allows To every inhab-itant to enjoy views towards the Lake Madin.
