The project called Casa Ferraz boasts straight and clean lines. Its casing in concrete and stone reinforces the design concept ‘less is more’. Common areas balance dark shades and large frames that provide natural lighting. The type plans hold from one to two apartments that make an optimal use of the facades among the spacious balconies. The building is split in three portions: from 1st to 10th floor, each plan holds two housing units; from 11th to 18th floor each plan holds a unique apartment. Finally, the penthouse set in the 19th floor is a triplex with a large terrace with an awesome view of São Paulo skyline. The project has an outstanding result due to its alternating projections besides the large retreat from the street line regarding the project own luminosity, the public spaces and neighbours.
