The location of the house has been decisive in the development of the project, we find an environment of single-family housing developments with a conventional architectural language and privileged views over the Sobarriba. The choice of a single material such as white stucco underlines in clear contrast to its surroundings a commitment to contemporary architectural language.
The house is developed in a longitudinal direction in a gesture of adaptation to the land and as a search for the unbeatable views, thus achieving at the same time a protection to the north and a privacy with the environment of existing homes. This longitudinal arrangement of the house generates an abundant series of visual relationships between the interior spaces and between them and the exterior views.
The housing program is resolved on three floors, a ground floor for garage and facilities, a first floor in which two bodies are articulated one destined for day area and another for study and master bedroom, on the second floor They locate the rest of the bedrooms. The roofs are flat, taking advantage of one of them as a terrace.
