The lot of this project is located in between the municipality road and a rustic area. It takes advantage of all the pre-existences such as the views to the landscape and marsh, unevenness of the land, while trying to avoid the adversities: unfinished self-built buildings on the other side of the road.
The house is staggered and takes advantage of the unevenness of the plot, and it is closed to the street area and has an opened garden with views over the landscape and marsh. An entrance-passage-staircase area is created along the party wall, which ends in a porch on both floors and frames the view like a painting. Next to it there are the main rooms, bathroom, kitchen, toilet, storage room and garage.
Two volumes of different heights and their displacement along the plot as a shearing differentiate the two areas, an idea that is enhanced at the same time by the two different colours of the exterior finishings.
