Located in one of the most exclusive areas in Mexico City, this house is developed on a single floor, presented by two bodies that interconnect by a crystal tunnel. In the first building we find the public areas including the living room, dining room, family room and studio. This rooms have roofed terraces with views to the garden which surrounds the property.
On the second patio the bedrooms, a play room, a T.V. room and a lecture studio are placed. In the patios we find a swimming pool and resting areas with fireplaces. In the lower floor the 1600 square feet gym and spa overlooking a sunken garden with water fountains.
The house has a contemporary style and it is mostly built out of Galarza stone, floors in travertine and antiques oak. The house extends on a 2,500 m2 area and 1,800 m2 of the total construction.
