This project consists of a complete remodel; where facades and interiors were intervened giving a complete turn to how spaces are lived.
The leader of this project was the client himself, who took care of every single detail, making this collaboration much more enriching.
Each of the spaces has a timeless atmosphere where pieces of art by various national and international artists are exhibited that reflect the personality and taste of the client.
On the ground floor we can find a living room, dining room, kitchen, half bathroom, utility room, outdoor social area and garden. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a full bathroom each.
The rear garden has a covered social area, ideal for those gatherings with friends and family.
