Although it shares with the reinforce concrete the status of structural protagonist in this house built in Bahia's north coast, the eucalyptus stands out for its esthetic strength and beauty. The plain land has definitely not hindered the construction of the 645 m² property, which aims to make the most out the natural ventilation and the view, allowing the green area to be widely used around the pool. Conceived to enhance the social and leisure areas, two blocks comprise the family program. With two stories, the first holding six bedrooms and the living and dining rooms of the residence, in addition to services and a broad balcony linked to the other block. “In this block, we have a large space with double ceiling height, with glass panels from the floor up to the ceiling highlighting the entry of natural light” – the pair say. The second block was built to be the main leisure area, housing a gourmet space and a family area which are directly linked to the pool. The two blocks are connected by a pergola.
