The existing house was completely demolished, so the design could be according to the needs of the client, a house with an architectural program, separating the social area from the private one. In the social area we integrate living room, dining room, television studio and terrace; creating a wide space with a double height of 6 meters.
The access to the house, divides the private area from the social one, through two stairs. One that goes down to the social area and the other goes to the private area: the bedrooms.
We wanted all the important areas of the house to have the same orientation in order to take advantage of the view towards Bosques de las Lomas.
The room has a Wall panel conformed of 9 screens of 55” each. Managing to turn the room into a cinema, with a large screen and home theater sound; It has a subwoofer and speakers strategically placed on the wooden ceiling, thus generating the desired environment.
The dining room is custom designed with Patagonia marble and features two Baxter Q3 pendant chandeliers.
The television studio has a rosewood TV cabinet and wine cellar, designed in collaboration with piso 18 and Dessie. At the center of the space, there is a piano, as the protagonist of the place.
The general materials found within the apartment are: Virginia mist leather finish marble in public areas. Fine Moka marble walls, in double-height walls and in the wall that surrounds the office, dining room furniture, bar and toilette lambrin in rosewood. General lambrin of staves in light oak.
The furniture is mostly Flexform, B&B Italia, Ceccotti, Porro and Dessie.
