“CASA DEL AGUA”, a project where the water serves as the main element of the design of the house, starting from the entrance area and continuing along our walk through the spaces. Giving hierarchy to the building and a unique travel experience, with the water as inspiration and through the use of a well-defined volumetry, spacious and confortable habitable spaces, with the use of double heights and indoor gardens, we achieve the effect of a light and airy feeling toward the interior, taking full advantage of the natural light.
The result of a sustainable concept, which gives comfort, economy and efficiency of resources, fulfills the client´s needs. The most important feature that the client, a professional diver, requested, was the use of “water” as the protagonist of the design.
With an excellent use of space, the house is distributed in two levels and a basement. Located in the first level, a wood deck almost 17 meters long, surrounded by water mirrors and a fountain that spreads through multiple spaces.
In the first level: a bedroom, the hall, a study room, a dining room, illuminated by a large window, a terrace-breakfast room overlooking the back garden, a swimming pool, a kitchen and finally a dining room surrounded by indoor gardens.
In the second level the private spaces are divided into three areas - one is the master bedroom with a gorgeous view to the rear garden. Another space serves as the study, family room and a bedroom divided by interior gardens and in the third accommodates three bedrooms each with its own terrace with a view of the water mirror located by the entrance area.
