The project consists of the rehabilitation of the old house of the priest, now owned by the City, to become House of Culture. The rehabilitation project is conditioned by the state of the existing building, which is in good condition only the perimeter walls.
It is therefore to rehabilitate an existing building that preserved only the perimeter walls. Front holes are respected. Ground floor access is respected and one first floor is generated taking advantage the development works of the street north facade.
The staircase is considered the organizing element of the different spaces dividing the plants in two areas of different scale. Difference servers and served areas. Gives the building an overhead lighting, which reinforces the limited existing holes in the facade and enhance the structural lightness of the slabs and trusses in contrast to the heaviness of the existing walls.
