The House is a house for a private client. The lot and its very peculiar configuration guided the design. The lot has a 30 mts front thus being very shallow.

The idea was to maximize garden area (both visually and materially) thus the first floor was to be designed being mostly transparent. Another particularity of the lot was that it was an inclined lot. This allowed for the first floor and garden to actually be in the second floor.

The programmatic requirements and the lot actually forced the house to be the way it turned out...
