Casa da Eira
The proposal is to
transform this old “Casa da Eira”, in an actual state of abandonment and
partial ruin into an T1 residence, with all the modern comforts, in the
equipments proposed to the kitchen, Bathroom, Fireplace and Air-Conditioned network.The previous space was re interpreted, the space
between the pillars converted into a new concept of Logia, that as an extension
of the Living room will do the transition between the inner spaces and the
outdoor spaces. The Living (and dinning)
room, will be zenithal lit by 2 windows like “velux”, one of which across both
sides of the roof, the core composed by the Bathroom and the stairs going up to
the 1st floor (in mezanine over the living room) does the transition
between the Living room and the Kitchen, which will also have a dining area and
direct access to the exterior and the Barbecue area. The room, developed in the
area over the kitchen + WC, will be zenithal lit by 1 windows like “velux” and
will have associated to it a office lounge area with a view over the living
room.
The all Project was studied
in a way that, using the best construction techniques, give the building its
best thermal behavior, not overseeing some important details in its present
characteristics (such as metal doors, etc.).
