The CV house follows a minimalistic shapes that play with gravity, shades and contrasts interacting among themselves becoming part of the context; nature in harmony with the building embraces it without overshadowing its silhouette.

In order to do so, the immaculate surface in color and texture create volumes that seem dense on the exterior displaying lightness in the interior, a clever play of vice versa easily interpreted by the spectator.

Materials that bring out the surrounding environment without seeking to stand over it; the intention is to complement the view.

Spaces that invite into a resting mood, to forget about the hustle and bustle of city life; serenity turns into movement and inertia becomes dynamism.

Vertical circulation that goes up into the quiet and intimate areas and goes down into the meeting point of spaces, to the crossroads between interior and exterior. This circulation is expressed through stairs, shaped in wood and marble, revealing a sense of lightness.

Harmony between indoors and outdoors, interiors and exteriors; light participates permanently, bursting into the interior through the big dimension window frames, modulated according to the proportions of the building.

The lobby imposes freedom of movement distributing the space between vertical and horizontal due to the double height perfectly synchronized with materials and hues, deep expression of white and the weightless contrast coming from the grey color of concrete. The stairs show the ascension to the resting areas and the descent to the recreational activities and social gathering.

The wooden wall stands out from the lobby thanks to the materials used, expressing itself individually helped by an illumination system provided in a minimalistic way by tiny lamps, working as an attractive and highlighting feature.

The posterior facade is expressed as a mono volume, of orthogonal silhouette with minimalistic lines, it stand elegantly among the scenery. The window frames enhance the inner space defining it; the creative layout of the window frames catches your eye in a contrast of translucent and opaque areas.

A space integrated by kitchen and family room, adequately communicated. The doors act as limiting elements, similar in appearance to a wooden wall when they are opened.

Finally, there is visual and physical communication; moving easily between spaces is one characteristic of this house, tangible while living in this Architectural piece.
