With a difference near 18 meters, between the way, top limit, and the street of access, lower limit,the heavy slope of the plot determines the first organization scheme of this house.
After the first decision (to enter to the house almost from inside the mountain, raising this way the first level from which the program developing) the process it tries to construct this structure with intense, and extensive one, relation with the immediate exterior (terraces, banks, garden, …) and with the distant landscape, the sights that we have from this one to west, almost coincidental with the tour of the Sun.
Mixing, … more than piling up, and certain interior complexity that does not express in this simple volumetry that tries to get accommodated in the mountain.
The system of patios and emptinesses like that generated allow good ventilations in summer, beside creating an intermediate scale between the domestic and the near environment scales, intensifying these interior - exterior relations. Intermediate spaces, necessary spaces to domesticate an intense light, and very useful and nice in this dreamed daily life.
The house occupies strictly the surface of the mountain that it needs, nothing more, the rest is solved in a most discreet and polite possible way.
