The Cisne House is Located in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. It is based on a 2,150sqft terrain facing south. This small, one bedroom residence was designed to create a small, but elegant and modern space for a single couple.
The first approach of the design was to create different faces or plans in the front facade to create depth, height and width, secondly, the backyard of the house was moved towards the center of the terrain, thus creating an interaction with all the areas in the house, not only with the view and the light design, but also with the stone materials that surround the walls, creating an interior-exterior interaction with the residence.
