The design began with the desire of the family for a vacation home for contemplation with family and friends,
with spaces for socialization and a lot of integration with the outside.
The Condominium located on the south coast offers a native Atlantic Forest , inspiring point and commitment to architects.
The site contributes to organizational solutions of spaces - a land in rectangle trapezoid shape. No neighbors to funds, soon
thought of a house with enough permeability between its two faces, exploring the natural ventilation and lighting.
Brazil's tropical climate "calls" for this integration, open glass walls have the feeling of an house open to nature.
The diferent levels of the house create spaces / environments without losing the total integration between them.
The service areas and kitchen also receive large openings and integrate with a service yard. preparation of the spaces,
kitchen and barbecue area (item that can not miss in a gaucho house) reinforce the idea of integration between people
using this house.
The upper floor take advantage of the beautiful view of the lake, creating spaces of rest, fun and a small library.
The use of materials are prioritized natural: concrete in its apparent form, made with forms of wooden planks, on the facade
and the apparent slabs. cementitious floor and lots of wood inside - whether in furniture or in the dining ceiling.
The stone wall that privatizes the pool area to the location of the vehicle through the frame into the residence and its
highlighted by night lighting.
The opening gaps are developed to create consistent and distinct relations between internal and external spaces.
