Located in Boating, Beccar, on a privileged plot with panoramic views of the river, this house is organized across three levels, optimizing the surrounding landscape and its relationship with the natural environment. The architectural proposal is based on the creation of spaces using diagonal lines and angles, which allow for a constant visual connection to the river and the landscape, generating a unique experience of integration with nature.
The main facade, bold and angular, is made of exposed concrete with two distinct textures that emphasize and mark the direction of the diagonal lines, creating a dynamic and modern aesthetic. This facade is distributed across three well-defined levels that, in turn, create expansions towards both fronts of the plot. In addition to these three levels, the design includes a basement dedicated to service areas. The main entrance to the house is located on one side of the plot, clearly marked by a large water source that acts as a visual guide. Upon entering, one accesses a spacious hall that leads to the vertical circulation core, where vegetation plays a key role, not only as an aesthetic element but also as a natural organizer of the different spaces within the project.
The first floor is conceived as an integrated social space, connecting the living and dining area with the kitchen and family room. These spaces generously open towards the river views, establishing a direct connection with the exterior. The transition to the garden and the infinity-edge pool is fluid and continuous, blending the interior with the outdoor landscape.
On the upper floor, the private area is organized into two sectors. The master bedroom extends across the entire house from the front to the rear facade, offering views of the river and terraces at both ends. The children's rooms are arranged in the same way, as they are oriented both towards the front and the river, ensuring beautiful views as well. The top level is dedicated to recreational spaces, including a study with views to the front of the plot, a playroom, and a gym that enjoys views towards the river, offering the inhabitants ample options for leisure and relaxation.
