this is a project for a residential house divided into three floors, situated on a difficult area of morphology, characterized by a precious vegetation. this small area of 300 m2, is set between two streets of different levels (up to 9-10 m and with a ground slope of 60%). the project is developed considering these bonds and has the aim to respect the area conformation both for its section and its existing vegetation. the basement is a small rectangle (4,5 x 13,5 m equal to 60 m2) for the realization of a small independent flat. the other portion of the house has two embossed volumes suspended on the wood void. this permits a better grown for trees. the front of tana’s street has a driveway bordering the street. the ground floor (living room, kitchen, dining room) is situated 0,50 m higher if compared to near street. the basement will be finished with concrete to underline the structural identity of this edifice.
