The views of Banderas Bay and the generous heights are the two main elements of Casa Beidisia (Beidisia House). It is located in a very long lot, overlooking towards the south, where the large architectural program was organized and includes —among other areas— 7 bedrooms and a TV-studio room.
The project starts from a damp courtyard in which the local climate may be enjoyed. All the areas with ocean views have the advantage of not facing towards the sunset so the views to the bay and the surrounding nature are enjoyed the whole day long. All the spaces were designed to have more than one function and making sure to get the most out in the different activities.
